Cyber Bullying / Intimidation C2R Portal
This is a disturbing trend for those wishing to take "revenge" for some greivance against another. This is more predominant in the "Teen" and "Tween" ranks but is not unfamiliar to adults.
Cyber Bullying includes tactics such as threats, harassment, humiliation, tormenting, libel, etc... The news has focused on Teen suicides that are a suspected result of cyber bullying, but suffice it to say, the news does not capture the devastation this form of cyber crime can demand.
